Chris Cutts
Chief Development Officer (CDO) & Director of Medical Services
Chris has a background in emergency healthcare and also has a vast amount of senior leadership experience - leading strategic development teams across various corporate / charitable organisations. Chris leads the team on all things related to ViragoJC’s contracts, medical services, finance, governance and external affairs (comms).

Jenny Cialis
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jenny has a wealth of experience within the security industry - having held multiple senior operational roles across some of the UK’s largest event sites and licensed venues - routinely leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Along with being the face of ViragoJC Security, Jenny is proud to be a serving (senior ranking) member of the UK armed forces.
Jason Rankin
Chief Operations Officer (COO) & Director of Close Protection and CCTV.
Jason has extensive experience within the security industry, and is a serving member of the UK’s Armed Forces. Within both industrys, he has held many specialised roles across a variety of teams. Jason leads on all things operational, including staffing, event processes, and ensuring the organisation runs in line with our strategy, vision and values.
